LOCATION: RIO GRANDE VALLEY, TEXAS
POSITIONS FOR HIRE
Mission-focused community-based nonprofit seeks qualified individuals to fill positions in the Texas Rio Grande Valley. All positions will be in place through July 19, 2021. All positions may be extended through November 19, 2021, and may be extended again through March 19, 2022 and beyond.
Incentive compensation includes:
- a one-time $2,500 Signing Bonus, payable in the first paycheck
- a one-time $5,000 Relocation Bonus, payable in the first paycheck to all new-hire Eligible Employees*
*Eligible Employees for the Relocation Bonus are those relocating from outside the 60-mile radius of Weslaco, Texas.
- a $5,000 Housing Allowance, payable to all new-hire Eligible Employees**
**Eligible Employees for the Housing Allowance are those driving a distance greater than 60 miles one-way to reach the company offices in Weslaco, Texas. The Housing Allowance shall be paid at the rate of $1,250 per month for a total of 4 months to all new-hire employees, which may be extended at the rate of $1,250 per month if the position is extended through November 19, 2021, and which may be extended yet again at the rate of $1,250 per month if the position is extended through March 19, 2022.
To receive either the Relocation Bonus or the Housing Allowance, at the time of hire, eligible new-hire employees will be required to submit proof of current address evidenced by a utility bill, mortgage/lease agreement or bank document, containing the employees full name and an address that meets the 60-mile radius requirement from Weslaco, Texas.
